Go West on Alligator Alley to Interstate 75 North. Follow I-75 North to Exit 131 (old exit 21), which is Daniels Parkway. Go West on Daniels Parkway and follow directions from I-75 below.

From West Palm Beach

Go West on Route 441 to Route 27, then to Route 80. Take Interstate I-75 South to Exit 131 (old exit 21), which is Daniels Parkway. Go West on Daniels Parkway and follow directions from I-75 below.

From Tampa

Take Interstate 75 South. Follow I-75 South to Exit 131 (old exit 21), which is Daniels Parkway. Go West on Daniels Parkway and follow directions from I-75 below.

From Orlando

Take Interstate 4 West to Tampa. Follow Interstate 75 South to Exit 131 (old exit 21), which is Daniels Parkway. Go West on Daniels Parkway and follow directions from I-75 below.

From Southwest Florida International Airport in Ft. Myers / Directions from I-75

Go West on Daniels Parkway to Summerlin Road. When you cross U.S. 41, Daniels Pkwy changes its name to Cypress Lake Drive. Turn left onto Summerlin Road toward Sanibel Island. When you come to the Sanibel Causeway, there is a $6 toll. Once you cross the causeway and come onto the island, take a right at the first stop sign onto Periwinkle Way. Follow Periwinkle Way approximately 3 miles to the 4-way stop sign. Turn right onto Tarpon Bay Road. Follow to 4-way stop sign. Turn left onto Sanibel-Captiva Road (also knows as 'San-Cap' Road). Follow San-Cap for approximately 7 miles and you will see the Castaways Office on your right at 6460 Sanibel-Captiva Road. It is right before the small Blind Pass Bridge that connects Sanibel and Captiva islands.
